Craig Hostland is a Professional Engineer whose group has conducted over 8,500 home and commercial building inspections and IAQ investigations and tests in the Okanagan over the past 7 years.
Previously Mr. Hostland was a Project Manager and Chief Estimator for PCL Constuction in the NW Territories for five years where he gained a vast knowledge in construction, construction challenges, and competent building solutions.
Since the late 1980’s Mr. Hostland was a Principal and Senior Project Manager in an acclaimed international architectural/ Engineering firm that delivered several thousand commercial, industrial, and housing units to the Russian and Canadian Arctic. During that time, Mr. Hostland developed a passion for investigating, identifying, and resolving building and IAQ related issues in the constructed buildings. In the Okanagan, Mr. Hostland formalized his residential and commercial investigation systems and conducts 400 – 600 investigations a year personally, while his investigation companies complete over a thousand investigations a year.
